Alexander Wang for H&M

I am already planning my trip to the Orlando H&M, and November 6th can’t come soon enough… During the Coachella Music Fest in Cali, H&M announced the next designer they would be teaming up with: ALEXANDER WANG!

The American fashion designer and past winner of the Fashion Fund (2008), is very influential in the industry, creating designs that are show his edgy twist on basic peices. The NY-based designer’s work has been seen all over. He is the current creative director for Balenciaga.

The line, available 11/6, will be sold in over 250 stores worldwide as well as online and will feature designs for both men and women. I’m hoping I can save all my pennies by the time this comes out.

Peter Pilotto for Target Lookbook!

The Peter Pilotto for Target lookbook is finally here and I can already tell this line is my favorite to come! Full of mixed patterns and colors, the line offers something that is both chic and eclectic.

The line will hit Target stores as well as worldwide on Net-A-Porter February 9th of next year (so start saving).  Prices on nearly 70 items will range from $14.99 to $79.99 and will include women’s apparel, accessories, and swimwear.  Although no one knows for sure which pieces will be included in the spring collection, you can more than likely expect structured shapes and unique patterns as seen in past collections.

Peter Som for Kohl’s DesigNation

PeterSom

Many exciting announcements were made at this year’s NYFW.  One in particular was WWD’s news that Peter Som will be the next designer featured for Kohl’s DesigNation collection.  While previous designers have incorporated style from places like Paris (Catherine Malandrino) and Rio (Derek Lam), Som’s line will feature a St. Barth’s tropical feel. Prices for the collection will reach a high of $88 and be available next spring.

Keep up with the Official Peter Som Instagram for sneak peeks.

Peter Pilotto x Target

Let me just start by saying how excited I was about the arrival of the 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target line. With the most recent designer collaborations (Neiman Marcus and Kate Young) sitting on the racks and selling for well below retail, I wasn’t expecting future lines to do well. Obviously, people got word about the CFDA award winning designer Phillip Lim, and were lining up outside of Target stores well before opening just to get their hands on his simple, yet stylist creations. (Not all of us were as lucky as the residents of Duluth, GA who got the line early)

Before you can even finish getting all the things on your 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target wish list, Target has already announced their next collaboration with British designer Peter Pilotto.

Marni for H&M

Shortly after the Versace for H&M line sold out, H&M announced their next huge collaboration. Marni for H&M!

This highly anticipated clothing line is expected to become available in March. Consuelo Castiglioni of the Marni label has joined forces with Sofia Coppola to set the vision of the Marni for H&M line into motion. The team will work together to produce the print campaign and advertizements.
